In my view all the discussion about takeover valuation methodologies is quite irrelevant to any offer submitted by a potential acquirer.. Any offers can be valued by the various models but in the end it is the raw dollar value of the offer is what matters and what the BOD and major shareholders decide to do with the offer.The strength of the competition between acquirers will ultimately determine what Neuren is worth commercially at a point in time..
