For me the clear tell-tale sign this is being manipulated is the volume.
Facts:
1) Only tangible reason the SP has found a new bottom is due to Acadia missing guidance on sales. However, that "new normal " resulted in a circa 20% Market Value Drop ($500m) drop for a circa 5% ($25m) missed sales guidance....
2) The volume circling this "new normal" is way higher than the previous "normal" circa SP of $20-$21.
3) Medically, the company is in a stronger position with successful PhII trials, when previously there wasnt.
IMO all adds up to clear manipulation to soften holders.
note: forgive the numbers in point (1), they are very rough, I havent been able to fact check them.
