Epichemist: Yes, indeed, this logically would make sense. However, just in case IF those "instos" would already have a kind of an unwritten 'agreement' at what price they could sell-on, they just might buy as many shares as possible with no risk whatsoever to them, i.e. the more the better - especially if they can buy cheaper and cheaper... A fully "wild" idea, of course.
Anyhow: We retail holders/buyers all know that NEUREN is worth much, much more than $ 15.57 !
