I think NNZ2591 is worth a lot more than 1.5b at the current stage of the development. You can refer to my post here regarding a recent deal on a phase 3 ready asset for a rare disorder. It's sold for nearly $1b USD and disorder has two existing products in market. Based on this, PMS and Pitt Hopkins alone would be worth well over $2b USD given they have no competition and almost phase 3 ready.
