That PE is unreliable for TLX, they purposely declare a small profit if any because they are in a global race to establish themselves as a leader in theranostics; rather they're intent on maximising R&D/infrastructure spending and acquisitions. The small profit is a token sum to keep on the right side of the ledger, but frankly I don't think they really care because they know what they are sitting on. They are considerably undervalued imo...
