I think opportunity cost plays a part here, in conjunction with a lack of buying interest. The market is at near all-time highs. Who would have thought our largest listed company, CBA would return 40% in the last 12 months? Fund managers who are under performing would be feeling the need to follow where the momentum is. So many state they are long term focussed but few are in my experience.
