IMO, it is 'hoping' - nothing substantial to base it on, just bald statements.
(My opinion only below).
We are being primed for a low ball takeover, enabled by doubt about 'go it alone' P3(s). Many here are now well underwater with paper money substantially down on outlay. Many others have seen paper profits cut substantially - that hurts. Both groups see the chance of rectification as possibly 2 to 3 years away. This dual uncertainty is playing directly into the hands of the vultures, who see (for their purposes and intents) a golden opportunity to accumulate enough shares to enable a hostile take over, with resultant easy money short term profit.
[Perhaps a lot of drivel - I certainly hope so.]
