I'm not keen on a buyback, but would love too see more board/director purchases.
the other thing I would really love... every time jp is asked about pharma buyout or takeover offers, he plays a straight bat. I really get tired of that. Personally I'd love an approach of tell the market who has expressed interest and at how much, eg "company x asked if I was interested in a buyout at $x per share. I said... nah". Even if he thinks it's not worth announcing, I think it should be compulsory to inform the market. Open disclosure. Even if company x says "keep it quiet"... if you want it kept quiet, don't make an informal offer!
