IMO too much openness risks shooting ourselves in the foot with any genuine interested parties that may be circling or doing their DD re higher valuations etc.

But I agree that if there has been informal interest or unsolicited approaches, it would be beneficial to communicate this in general terms (without disclosing specifics). More also needs to be done to highlight/sell the potential and really ground breaking nature of what we have.

A while back there was a speculative article in the Australian re approaches from suitors etc and the company was very quick to release an announcement discrediting it. Management should be commended for their integrity, but the same level of diligence also needs to be applied to managing our story as ultimately this supports our value and share price which only reinforces trust. It is not us on hotcopper that need convincing!
