My take-
1/Negotiations over sale of NEU broke down and potential buyer has backed out.
2/ Going to phase III on their own,
3/ Going to phase III on their own and partner negotiations broke down
Either if the three above would drop share price in half.
However, a reverse in any if the three would sling sp back up .
