I agree with you so I clearly haven't explained myself properly.
I should not have used the words 'last option' for progressing to Phase 3, I should have written if nothing eventuates in this next window they will continue to Phase 3, which as you say, is in the best interests of the company.
With JP saying they are open to discussions after this meeting they are testing the waters of suitability of the offers if (I have consistently used the word 'if' and emphasised that word in my previous post) they come.
Are Kjt1969 and I getting over-excited and too optimistic about what could happen after the FDA meeting?
