It's your lines of questioning and lack of understanding despite many posters here going into depth about the exact things you ask about. My advice to you would be read more threads on here and ask less question. Hence the reason many have blocked you on here. Not an attack just some helpful advice.
An oversold market is one that has fallen sharply and is expected to bounce higher. On the other hand, an overbought market has risen sharply and is possibly ripe for a decline. Though overbought and oversold charting indicators abound, some are more effective than others.
