I have been thinking about this recently.
A very small dividend payment might help calm the nerves of some longer-term holders who are dismayed at the SP and potential time it would take to get 2591 through a P3 trial and registration.
Might be a small reward for their investment and a sign to keep the faith - good things are coming.
Not sure I would do it were I the CEO but the thought occurred to me.
