Taking a FA view, IMO the short increase is specifically due to hedging for the upcoming announcement(s).
I believe this since the SP has increased 10%+ over the past few days, and IMO this wouldve hit stop losses for some true shorters....
OR - they are betting on another missed acadia guidance whereby NEU gets punished unfairly.
