ive been watching the SP very closely over the past month and its very clear to me IMO that someone is hovering up cheap shares.
The pattern im seeing is..
- share Price in the red for most of the day;
- SP "redness" increases about lunch-mid afternoon with small sales driving the SP down
- 4pm settlement the mystery buyer(s) clean up cheaper shares, with the SP only mildly in the red or even.
IMO this is being allowed because - for whatever reason - there is little demand for shares. Only good news I can say currently is there also seems to be little genuine supply....so when it moves it will move FAST.
