I would like management focus on delivering their job, which is to develop the right drugs and get all the trails running as best as they can, rather than worry about share price. ln fact, it is a red flag if the management concerns SP too much and starts to work on it, most of time it is only for their own benefits other than the rest of shareholders.

But I have to admit that, I wish they could do sth to stop the bleeding and make everyone happy and encouraged.But as long as they try their best to work on the right things, I am ok, I can wait, even it will take much longer. If you look at the history of the SP, it took NEU so many years to get to today's position, SP was under 5 dollar for more than 10 years, today we are still over 10 dollars per share, that is still huge returns for some of us(not me). At this stage, we can only be patient and try to ignore the SP performance as much as we can, until the trend changes.
