Wouldn't that be nice. A 100% premium to the 1-month VWAP would be somewhere around 3.5b AUD or 2.3b USD~ including our net cash position.
A reminder that Biogen paid 7.3b USD (about 10.8b AUD) for Reata. Yes, it was post Phase 3, much smaller TAM when you consider the indications for NNZ-2591 that we currently know about. That makes NEU nearly 5 times cheaper with that 100% premium on today's numbers.
