Can’t see a TO being accepted at a less than fair value price. NEU has plenty of cash and can afford to wait for a better offer if necessary, and any bidder should be aware of this. It also seems that most investors remain confident in the management team here, and know what this is worth. NEU itself is in a very strong position which is what matters, the price will eventually get to where it should be one way or another IMO
