Certainly perplexing what is going on. I mean if you were not loving the recent news (despite it being very strong) and wanted to get out, why not wait until the BB is in play and helping you get out at a decent price. There is obvious desire in the recent action to push the price down. If you think RFK will be a disaster for Neuren and want to liquidate your position, well he doesn't get appointed until next year so wait for the BB and then sell. Unless of course you're trying to reduce the price. If your goal was a TO and you were able to push down the price prior to a BB then the cancellation of more shares coming from buying back a set dollar amount at a lower price would increase your holding as a percent as long as you didn't have to offload shares to achieve the price drop. I don't know how that could be done but if you had colluding entities selling to each other then that could do it. And any extra you pick up from panicked retail would be a bonus. I don't tend to the conspiracy theories but the timing and pace of this sell off is just hard to explain otherwise.
