I totally agree with that statement. Big V on the chart says it all for me. 'They' (I steadfastly maintain there is a 'they') were steadily beavering away to achieve low $12's when a combination of improved Daybue sales, two $50m one offs and a BB ann temporarily spoilt the party. Thus, the big guns were wheeled out to bring things back under control.
We are witnessing a rapid amazing price drop (for no fundamental reason), in opposition to a rapid price recovery (for good fundamental reason). That doesn't square with me, as a long term negative, but rather as a positive.
Someone wants us at a cheap as possible price, but we have the cash resources to fight back by further advancing the IP, to one or more P3 successes if necessary. All that requires is that the attendant risk plays out. Fair enough, as nobody can expect large reward without at least some risk.
