Regarding the efficacy of a BB I've really only got the example of Clinuvel to follow. When they initiated it they saw the price move up a bit but then it would come down. But it did seem to set a floor under the SP. They since though decided it wasn't worth the money and seem to have stopped buying completely although haven't formally announced it's been discontinued. The SP has now drifted lower and may continue to drop further. So what does that say to Neuren. Well hopefully they have a strategy in place for their buying and at the least I think it should stop the decline we have witnessed and buy them time for more good news to drive things back up where they belong.
