Maybe I’m too much of a contrarian.

The current price action of NEU is filling me with joy. I’m buying small lots at a huge discount to the intrinsic value of the company.

I do have a theory that there is an opportunistic player who is driving the share price down and that could be the reason for the huge discount. But I also understand the current news cycle of the NEU is not leading to confidence in the short term. It would be fantastic if we did hear back from the FDA regarding the P3 end points being accepted and a start date of the P3 is also announced in parallel. I do believe that the timing is more likely to happen in Early Q1 2025 as opposed to late Q4 2024. But I’m hopeful.


Also, I believe there is an issue with NEUs future value calculations. It’s very hard to apply a theoretical future value calculation to a company in a position like NEU so the most conservative approach is taken and that is to value current cash flows. Once we have a few more cycles those current cash flows will become more stable and predictable and our value will be more stable.

but all that is too say I’m buying and I’m excited.
