offfarmY Clearly I am not an expert on anything here.I have only basic data available[no special software] which is on hand for everyone.Your thoughts on share price containment over a decent period of time are in line with my observations.In relation to daily volumes usually less than say 0.5% of the shares on issue are traded on any given day and the past 4-week average daily volume reflects this number so not much to be learned here. On Friday in the middle of the holiday period 6651 trades were complete on both main venue ASX platforms all within a share price range of just 25c. The short answer to your question from my perspective in relation takeover volumes is no. Kens
