The SBB was criticised early on because some investors thought that was supposed to 'fix' the share price. Neuren ended up buying approx 10m~ $ worth of shares at a good price and more importantly it led to fewer SOI and fewer shares in free float. In that period (since early December) the short position increased (perhaps as a response to get more capitulation to occur). As a result there were close to another 2m shares net short sold at levels below the current share price meaning that if we have a sustainable grind up there's no choice but to cover. This requires legitimate long term buying interest to counteract any shenagians. That was missing previously IMO . Let's hope the JPM presentations impressed some US investors who are in it for the long haul
