Well, the last seven days have been most unusual—sane, stable, and positive. Even today, when there was a bit of red around, Neuren held its own. Apart from that late dip earlier in the week (when I thought the skittish share price behaviour was back), I was really surprised it recovered so quickly. It was all very unusual.

For the first time in a long time, it seems a presentation has had a continuous and positive effect. Presenting in front of that crowd in San Francisco is, I think, quite an endorsement because creating a favourable impression there is no mean feat. It must augur well, must it not?

Even the yet-to-be-agreed-upon endpoints seem to be a non-issue at the moment. For me, the only niggling concern is if the FDA gets excessively demanding, but I’d rather they agree now than have issues later. I will back 2591 to prove whatever is required. I think the undisclosed indications to be released 'soon' will be greeted very positively as they are a free sugar hit in the probable scenario Neuren will not have to advance them any further. They are just fattening up the already well-fed Neuren story.

There are so many good things happening—it’s exciting to read Mellan's story and the study about Daybue's effects on families, shared by Hottod. How good is it that Daybue not only treats the patient but also helps the whole family?

Rightly or wrongly, I’m still very wary of the shorts and if the recent stability ceases and we head back into the $10 range (or $9 for the suddenly silent Jpow), it will pose an easily answered question for me—do I go again?
