But it grates with me that many just assume after a bit of SP positivity that it will keep going up (because rationality says it should).
To me (SPwise), we are like the proverbial coiled spring. A substantive spring compressed by a constant huge self serving weight that despite minor periods of opposition, will not be removed until the appliers of that weight have got what they want.
