Regarding the pending announcement of the new indications, they may be waiting on the provisional patents to be granted which can take six months to process. The first relevant patent (presumably) was lodged back in October last year so it could be the end of April before they are disclosed. I'm not clear if they have interim priority date cover already before the provisional patent is granted, it's possible these patents are granted before the 6 month time frame ie processed quicker than expected.
The priority date is all important because it can be applied to a full patent which Neuren will apply for within 12 months of the provisional patent being granted. If they don't have any interim priority date cover while the provisional patent application is being assessed, then there might be a bit of a wait until they come through.
