With the SP at this level it is obvious (to me) that the general market just isn't buying into the potential short term takeover theory, else at the current price FOMO would have well and truely kicked in by now. It hasn't, in fact the situation is almost the opposite. Of course, this backgroung admirably suits the current (yes, I will say it) SP manipulators. Makes their job a soda.

One thing for sure, if a realistic (may well be quite low ball) offer is made, our SP will no longer be anywhere near 11 bucks and an auction will likely commence. All interested players will be very mindful of this.

On the part of any potential acquirer, the allowed revelation of any initial offer will be a strategic decision and will quite likely require at least PMS FDA agreement plus some detailed information on the additional 2591 orphan conditions.

I second that. Any potential suitors would be advised by big instos and they are not idiots. They don’t just make a low ball offer so that the management could disclose it to the market to boost the SP. in that scenario, a strict NDA would be in place
