I think it is because the company has stated they would update the market once they have the formal meeting minutes in hand. This prevents any misinterpretation. If they announced the fact they've had the meeting, it wouldn't tell us anything other than it has occured. I imagine the company would need to be careful with the wording to imply what the outcome(s) were prior to the official confirmation from the FDA.
