The flows are more a repatriation of AUD, not really USD coming here.
I have heard it stated in various areas of finance news that for every $ invested globally in equities in recent years, 70c of that has been invested in the US. With the USD weakening, tariffs causing an impact, massive external stimulus in places like China and Germany, we are likely to see a re-balancing of those global fund flows from US back to home countries.
The flows are more a repatriation of AUD, not really USD coming...
