My understanding, his executive order will still need senate approval and no doubt big pharma will apply fairly intensive lobbying to prevent it proceeding. I think its already been mentioned here, he tried similar in his first term and federal court struck it down after drug companies challenged it. We really need to see what the order says but its very frustrating, more uncertainty.
