A lot is often said, on the positive side, about the American health system. Usually by Americans though who don't have great insight. Speak to Americans that have had to deal with sickness/disease and on top of that navigating insurance/doctors/referrals and hospitals. They will then actually tell you how screwed up the American system is.
I guess no system is great.
