Valid point Sirocco.
My frustration is that the current SP is around half of where the analysts have valued NEU.
Without the absolute empirical evidence, the vast bulk of the shorted shares are below $15 - which is not all that far away.
Should an announcement be made that kicks the SP over that price, then many of us who have been in for the long haul might be presented with an opportunity to take advantage of that situation.
That's what I'd like to see.
