Substantial Shareholder Vanguard Group is the most active Index fund manager participating in this market. I suspect that broking group has the Vanguard mandate. The other most actives will be the NEUs house broker and firms that have coverage on NEU - not pay for print research houses, the broking houses that have coverage.
