1.BB Advisors say in their website that whilst they focus on long positions they may also engage in short selling to hedge their portfolio or profit from specific market conditions .
2.Acadia looks like they will have to pay Neuren $1 billion plus in milestones and royalties going forward .
3. Vanguard is the 3rd largest shareholder in Acadia .
4. Vanguard is a substantial shareholder of Neuren
5. BB was one of the largest shareholders in Viralytics and there was a lot of manipulations to the share price before its takeover.
