One could be forgiven for being cynical about the share price, the ability to snap back to ~$14 on no less than good news re: the patent but not earth shattering to warrant this kind of reaction speaks to me of controlling entities getting out in front of traders to absorb the buys and tamper down the enthusiasm. The great thing is it's clearly evident this stock is under tight control and when things move the stock is tightly wound to spring violently upwards.
