I would also hope that NEU has risen to at least $30 this time next year as you say. However @Connex has specifically posted the scenario of NEU rising to $30 over time and then getting a $240 knockout bid at which is a whopping 8 X MC.

Don’t get me wrong, I am uber positive on NEU, however this type of TO premium speculation is somewhat ‘pumpy’ IMO.
