There are some loan funded shares that were issued to management on 13 July 2020. I understand that Sillazze believes this will be a significant date with outcomes managed to meet that timeframe and a possible inflection point resulting.
I don’t believe there is much relevance to that date. All the shares referenced have already vested. The loans issued against the shares are to be repaid by that date (5 years from issue). The management can choose to repay the loans personally or because they are well in the money sell sufficient to pay out the loan at which time the remaining will transfer to them.
