So at $1.84 per share you would have to think there will be a move to take them all up and as Vapor mentions, if this requires management selling shares then a higher share price is better. Implication then is they're stockpiling announcements that may help boost it but they could also want to avoid selling any and have the money via other means. Not far off but in the larger scheme of things a successful Ph3 PMS trial is the true value driver.
