Totally agree. With the utmost respect to fellow posters, there’s no way this company would get taken over for $25. I’m reasonably confident Neuren management values the business in line with what a few of us here (and Karst) do which is $2.-2.5 billion with trofinetide only. With the company on the cusp of FDA approval would they sell for the base price without a 30-40% premium or to add a premium for NNZ-2591? It’s highly doubtful. If I didn’t know anything about the drugs, TAMs, further applicable indications etc then I’d probably be quite happy with $25. But based on what I do know, and sure as hell Neuren knows a lot more than I do, $25 would be a fire sale and Neuren or the big wigs won’t bite. I’m happy knowing that.
