I already feel naïve asking this question, however if trofinetide is as effective as suggested, wouldn't diarrhoea be one of the least severe side effects one could experience? I mean if trof has all this upside for the patient, surely they'd take on the potential side effect of diarrhoea every day of the week? Or have I missed the point?
