Fascinating insight Hottod. I guess we'll have to see how it plays out, but on the surface that only adds to the intrigue as:
1) It seems the manufacture of trof is indeed not straightforward and,
2) Acadia have their name on the patent that is critical to the manufacturing process. Seems like a massive ace up Acadias sleeve wrt to negotiations?!
Anyway just my layman's interpretation..
