I'm working on an updated valuation model combining background data from E&P, Bell Potter and MST Access looking at the potential value if Trof comes to market for Retts & Fragile X + NNZ 2591 also comes to market for the planned 4 indications (which I think these recent results makes far more likely). My suspicion is the long term upside value (2-3 years) is of the order of $25-$40 per share. But will validate this in a proper valuation model.
