So the big question is then what happens if not enough people can afford this drug ? All well and good getting it FDA approval and getting it to manufacture but what if sales fall well short of projections as it's simply unaffordable ? Hopefully their due diligence on projected sales only includes insured people who will be able to get it at affordable price. Are insurance companies on board with covering this drug yet ?
