Luckily we have been blessed with good health and good luck. But as most Americans age into retirement one of the biggest concerns is Medical as most 99% cant afford it, So they look at retiring in places like Mexico, Philippines or anywhere else that is cheaper than the US. Which is pretty most everywhere.
