I believe Hottod was just pointing out the PDUFA date is a guideline, not a guarantee. The FDA are generally pretty good at sticking to the timeline but there are instances of it making a decision well before the date. Hopefully, we fall into that category as most know it will be a little bit of time post the FDA decision before Acadia launch the product and patients cant get a script to commence treatment.
