I don't deny that but I would also consider the proportion of shares held by management (current & previous) Karst Peak Capital and others who see the true value. I personally doubt Jon would recommend acceptance of such a bid given his statements seeking appropriate shareholder value. There will always be holders prepared to accept such deals as circumstances and investing strategies are of a personal nature but in this instance whether they can be defined as many is purely conjecture.
