The sp drop over the past few days has come as a surprise. I am expecting it to lift up again though once the trading between the instos clears up post rebalance. The increase in shorts is not a surprise, though a sustained increase in shorts to peg the sp at a certain level would be most unwelcome leading into the last 3 months of the FDA review period. The biggest plus Neuren has going for it besides FDA approval is the clinical program for NNZ2591, shorts would be suicidal if they starting betting heavily against the company in 2023 so I’m guessing their influence will be a cautious one.
