Yes you are correct the valuation is post approval .In many cases some of the valuations which appear on hot copper take up milestones as recurring revenue for valuation purposes and completely forget about paying company tax .The company has losses but a large percentage of those losses were made when the company was a resident of New Zealand and therefore those losses will not be deductible in Australia .
