If some Girls on the "placebo" had diarrhoea as well, how can one be certain that diarrhoea means the patient is on trofinetide?
Granted after the result were known, many girls taking trofinetide had diarrhoea however it wasn't 100% known during the trials.
If the FDA red flag this, it will be absolutely "heartbreaking" for the suffering families.
